Their client roster ranges from the most dynamic domestic and international talent, and the agency also offers creative and content services. Imran Malik Publicity is a truly bespoke agency, catering to the needs of the ever-changing landscape of the creative sector. The team consists of Aarti Popat (Publicist), Mike Adane (Publicity Coordinator), Fun Cheung (Office Manager) and Antonia Kuenzel (Content & Publicity Lead).
Aarti is a rising star within the field of publicity. She recently graduated from King’s College London and her passion for music, specifically UK Rap led her to journalism and the publication of various articles for Link Up TV both online and print. Outside of music, Ancient History is another one of her interests and has lead to some of Aarti’s academic work being printed in research journals at the British Library. Alongside her love for writing, artist development is something she thrives and excels within. Her role as a publicist at Imran Malik Publicity has allowed her take charge in various music campaigns across a broad roster of talent including Lost Girl, Nafe Smallz, Loski, Unknown T, MoStack, Dave East, Amun, Swizz Beatz, Denzel Curry and many more.
Content & Publicity Lead
Antonia is a music journalist and all-round creative. Her passion for music has already sparked when she was a young kid by watching music videos non-stop on MTV and always buying the latest music magazines after school. With a BA in Music Management and a recent MSc in Digital Marketing, Antonia now has a fair amount of experience under her belt already – previously, she has contributed to various music publications such as 1883 Magazine and Hunger TV and has interviewed both home-grown and international artists, including Common, Lizzo, Ghetts and Unknown T, to name but a few. In her current role across Imran Malik Publicity, Antonia is also overlooking all things content and creative for Equate Magazine, for which she has previously written numerous cover stories – the most recent being with global superstar Jazmin Bean.
Mike is a promising talent within the field of publicity. After graduating from Portsmouth University in journalism – Mike’s passion for working in music grew after being inspired by his childhood friends, 2K Management (management to J Hus, JAE5, Lotto Boyzz and more). This led him pursuing a role in music publicity, after several PR related work experiences and a graduate position. Mike’s role as Publicity Coordinator at Imran Malik Publicity has allowed him learn the fundamentals of publicity as well as allowing him to help take charge in various music campaigns across a broad roster of incredible talent which includes J Hus, Unknown T, MoStack, Young T & Bugsey and many more.
